the short answer to your question: "Is molcas72 compilable under new ga-4-1?" is simple: of course, not.
New versions of compilers, or libraries like GA quite often has bugs, or incompatibilities with Molcas code. And usually these issues are fixed only at the next release of Molcas (unless a new compiler exposes a bug in Molcas).
So, this is nice that you are trying to use some unsupported configurations, but you have to understand that the code might misbehave. What's about standard tests, and do you experience this problem only with Intel 10.1 (which BTW, also not certificated with Molcas 7.2), or it can be reproduced also with g77, or gfortran?
