In seward it is possible to have an external directory with additional basis sets not included in the standard basis_library, by referencing this directory in BASLIB, seward would read the basis sets from this directory instead of the installed basis_library.
Is it possible to do the same with gateway (specifically with the xyz input)? In the code (v. 7.4) it seem the "basis_library" name is hardcoded and no other environment variable or file affects it...
