Speaking of Supersymmetry and Alter keywords, do I have to adapt the supersymmetry vector manually when I exchange the orbitals of different (super)symmetry? I assume that I do, but after my recent calculations I'm not so sure anymore.
i.e. does the supersymmetry vector resemble the symmetries of the orbitals after the rotation with the Alter keyword?
