"Standard" molcas format for the orbitals is the Orbital file, e.g. ScfOrb, Pt2Orb, etc.
For example they are used to calculate .grid files for visualization.
If you need a molden file, you can for example, run SCF,requesting 0 iteration, and use Orbital file as INPORB.
