The port to Itanium2 (intel compiler only) works fine with MOLCAS 5.4 with updated version of Global Arrays (which could be downloaded separately from http://www.emsl.pnl.gov:2080/docs/global/ga.html).
Next release of MOLCAS will include updated version of GA.
There is no problem to run MOLCAS on Opteron in 32-bit mode by using GNU gcc/g77 compiler.
The port to 64-bit on Opteron is still under development.
