I experienced this error.
When doing big calculations, version 7.0 seems to crash if it doesn't get
enough memory (while it worked for 6.4).
So, since the addition of Cholesky, even when you leave it out you need more
meory or else it crashes.
The calculation I did crashed on memory of 3GB, but succeeds when I give 8GB
(allthough without cholesky it only needs less than 3GB, with cholesky it asks for 6GB)
I will submit a bug report.
