Perhaps, the manual is not quite clear about the usage of -64 flag.
Normally, you should not use this flag at all! In many cases configure is able to find out - is it possible to compile molcas in 64 bit mode, or not.
If you use -64 flag, you are forcing the installation to overwrite the settings, and sometime it leads to an error - like in your case - Global Arrays failed to allocate memory for one(!) integer.
