SCF restart

I am trying to restart an SCF calculation but I always get the following error message:

*** (S)-level message RDCOM004 ***
Data field can not be found: Label = SCF_INFR

I have made links to all the files produced in the previous SCF calculation in my script file.
What could be the problem?
