Linux and MOLCAS5.0

I have compiled MOLCAS5.0 under Linux Mandrake
(or Red Hat 6.2), but some test jobs fail with
a message: memory fault, rc=98

I've got Athlon 800MHz, 128 RAM

I would appreciate suggestions how to solve
this problem.
