compiling under Solaris

Hi!

I'm trying to compile Molcas 5.2 on a Sun cluster, with the default configuration (without asking for a parallel executable, or any other extras). The compilation fails with:

Undefined first referenced
symbol in file
finish_ main.o
start_ main.o
seward_ main.o
ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to /home/agsz/molcas52/bin/seward.exe

All I can figure out is that libseward.a remained extremely short. Under linux a lot of objects were added to libseward.a, but on the Sun the archiving stopped after agin.o .
Does anyone have a similar experience?
